This time we sketched looking in.

This is the 2nd 6 minute sketch we have done of one of our favourite spots in Taipei, Maji Square. Although the food stands there are not as good as the nearby night markets, the outdoor seating and atmosphere help to remind us of how lucky we are to live in this neighbourhood. With the nearby Expo Center, the Yuanshan 圓山 metro, and the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Maji Square is a great place to relax, day or night. Our first sketch was done during the day time at a table looking out. This time we sat on a bench looking in. With a pleasant Fall night wind, and the occasional airplane landing at the nearby Songshan Airport, the evening atmosphere stays alive and inviting for visitors to enjoy.
